Marketplace Terms

Using OnePercent

OnePercent operates a lodging marketplace where travelers can discover host-managed accommodations and hosts can manage listings, availability, bookings, customer communication, and service operations.

By using OnePercent, you agree to provide accurate information, respect applicable laws, and use the platform only for lawful travel, accommodation, and marketplace activity.

Bookings, payments, and prices

Listings, prices, fees, taxes, cancellation terms, and payment options are shown in the booking flow before a traveler confirms a reservation.

Hosts are responsible for keeping listing details, availability, house rules, mandatory fees, and tax information accurate. Travelers are responsible for reviewing the final booking details before confirming.

When a traveler reaches OnePercent from Google, Hotel Center, or another lodging referral surface, the OnePercent booking flow is the controlling place to review the selected property, dates, adult and child occupancy, currency, mandatory fees, taxes, payment method, cancellation terms, and final total before booking.

How payments flow

OnePercent offers booking products with different payment flows. The flow that applies to a reservation is shown in the booking flow before the traveler confirms.

Pay at property: the traveler pays the accommodation amount directly to the host at the property (for example in cash or on the host’s own card terminal). OnePercent never receives or handles the accommodation amount for these bookings and charges only its platform fee.

Pay through OnePercent (where offered): OnePercent sells the stay to the traveler and contracts as principal (merchant of record). The amount the traveler pays is owed to and received by OnePercent as its own revenue. OnePercent separately purchases the accommodation from the host, as its supplier, and pays the host as a supplier payable from OnePercent’s own funds after the stay, in line with the release policy shown to the host. Host payments may be processed through licensed payment partners.

OnePercent does not hold traveler or host balances, does not provide money transmission, currency exchange, or other financial services to third parties, and does not convert between currencies or assets on anyone’s behalf.

Accounts, listings, and compliance

OnePercent may require identity, business, payout, tax, or listing verification before certain guest, host, agent, affiliate, or administrative features are available.

Partner Marketplace trust levels, creator social-account verification, portfolio proof, reviews, and badges are evidence signals for comparison. They are not guarantees of future performance, legal compliance, audience quality, campaign outcome, or service availability.

Hosts and operators are responsible for having the rights, licenses, registrations, tax treatment, and local authority needed to advertise, offer, and host each accommodation. OnePercent may pause or remove inventory that lacks required proof or fails platform, country, Google lodging, or payment-readiness checks.

OnePercent may remove content, pause listings, restrict bookings, or suspend accounts when needed to protect guests, hosts, the platform, or legal and payment obligations.

Cancellations, refunds, and support

Cancellation, refund, damage, dispute, and support rules may vary by property, booking mode, location, and payment method. The applicable terms are presented in the relevant booking or account flow.

For help with a booking, account, payout, listing, referral, or marketplace issue, contact OnePercent support using the details below. Support is available by email and can handle Google-referred lodging questions for the markets where OnePercent accepts inventory.
