This notice explains how OnePercent handles information for marketplace visitors, travelers, hosts, agents, affiliates, support contacts, and other platform users.
The exact information collected depends on how you use OnePercent and which account, booking, payment, listing, or support features are available to you.
Information we may collect
We may receive account information, contact details, booking details, listing content, messages, support requests, device and browser information, security events, and similar technical information needed to operate and protect the platform.
When required for a feature, we may process identity, business, tax, payout, payment, or compliance information through OnePercent or trusted service providers.
For lodging distribution and referral features, we may process property content, location, availability, rates, taxes, fees, currency, occupancy, landing-page parameters, and performance or diagnostic records needed to show accurate accommodation information and route travelers back to OnePercent.
We may process ordinary website reliability data, such as request logs, device and browser information, security events, and similar technical information needed to operate and protect the site.
If optional analytics are enabled, we use them only after consent where the site asks for it.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, listings, search, booking, payment, payout, support, safety, compliance, communications, analytics, and platform reliability features.
We use lodging referral and feed information to publish eligible inventory, keep prices and availability accurate, preserve selected dates, adult and child occupancy and currency through booking, investigate mismatches, and measure distribution performance.
We also use information to prevent abuse, investigate disputes, enforce platform rules, satisfy legal obligations, and improve OnePercent services.
Sharing and retention
We share information with service providers, payment processors, verification providers, analytics providers, hosts, guests, agents, affiliates, legal or compliance recipients, and authorities when needed for the relevant feature or obligation.
When OnePercent participates in lodging distribution programs such as Google Vacation Rentals or Google Hotels, we may share listing content, booking-link templates, rates, availability, occupancy, currency, price-accuracy evidence, and operational diagnostics with the distribution partner. We do not share private owner approval files, feed secrets, payment credentials, or unrelated account data in public handoff packages.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, maintain security, and support legitimate business records.
We do not sell personal information.
